About :
Adebiyi Abiodun Phillips hailed from the Ibikunle chieftaincy family of both Lagos Island and Ijaye Kurunmi in Ogun state. He was raised from a Christian home with a humble background, a counselor, a Chartered Administrator/Management Consultants.

He is a Senior Prophet in the Church of the Lord (Prayer Fellowship). He obtained B.sc (Hons) in Management from Imo state University, Masters in Theology and PhD from European-American University of Dominican. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Administration and others.

If there was no way Jonathan/PDP could have won against Buhari in Kastina, why does Amaechi think the people of Rivers will suddenly start voting APC? Amaechi is seen by many from the South as a betrayer and an unrepentant sell-out. The number of attendees at his rally today confirms that.

Now, the Inspector-General of Police has landed in Portharcourt. The Chief of Army Staff may go too. All this for a Legislative rerun election.

So, for every life that is needlessly taken because he wants to forcefully take what doesn't belong to him, those close to him should tell him we will require those blood from him after Buhari leaves.

 The Peoples Democratic Party Candidate for Etche/Omuma Federal Constituency. High Chief Eke Jerome Amadi, has kicked off his campaign for the 2015 general elections.

The campaign which kicked off in Ozuzu clan ward 19 witnessed the presence of traditional rulers, women group, youths, elders, business morguls and party faithful.

 

In his speech, the Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the area, Hon. Nwankwo Chimezie,s at the palace of His Royal Highness, Eze Amaechi Monday, Onyeisi  Agwuru 1 of Ozuzu clan, thanked the entire people for their warm reception.

 

Hon. Nwankwo stated that the objectives of the courtesy call was to present all the candidates approved by the party (PDP) to contest the various positions both at the State and federal levels, adding that, their decisions were based on the ground that the former House of Assembly and House of Representatives members have disappointed the entire people with little or nothing to show.

 

He therefore, presented the three candidates to the people, which include High Chief Eke Jerome Amadi, for House of Representatives, Etche/Omuma Federal Constituency, Hon. Iroanya Nnanna Opurum for Rivers State House of Assembly Constituency1, while Hon. Ejiogu Tony will represent constituency II in the Rivers State House of Assembly.

 

Responding, Eze Nwangwu Josiah, Ochimba1 of Ihie Etche, on behalf of traditional rulers, who also represented His Royal Highness Eze Amaechi Monday thanked the entire party faithful, adding that, they have given them support and would continue to pray for them. He also advised them to always remember Ozuzu clan and support the clan by electing one of their own as the next Chairman of Etche Local Government Area after the general election.

 

Also, Eze Ozuemene Celestine, Ochimba 1 of Umuweze Egbu Etche appealed to the party to do justice by electing one of their persons as the next Chairman of the party. Highlight of the event include prayer and blessing of the candidates by the traditional rulers.

At the reception ground, High Chief Eke Amadi Jerome thanked the clan for their supports, appealing to them to vote wisely particularly all the candidates from President to State Governor, Chief  Nyesom Wike and others.

 

He unveiled his blue print for Etche and Omuma. Which include provision of road, quality representation, electrification of communities, general empowerments, regular consultation and meetings with party members in both Etche and Omuma.

He also received blessing from the Royal Majesty, Eze Samuel Amaechi Dr. S.A Ogberi of Omuma as the campaign team visited Igbo Etche and Omuma respectively.

Olaka Nwogu (born 26 January 1965) is a Nigerian civil servant and politician who was a member of the House of Representatives from 1999 until 2011 for People's Democratic Party. He represented the constituency of Tai–Eleme–Oyigbo.^[1] Prior to being elected to the House, he served as Mayor (chairman) of Eleme local government area in Rivers State. In March 2015, he contested for the seat of Senator in the National Assembly and won by 408,353 votes, defeating incumbent Sen. Magnus Abe of the All Progressives Congress.^[2]
In addition to his political career, Nwogu has also ventured into business. He is currently the owner of Landmark Hotel in D-line and Hinterland Construction Company in Eleme.^[3]

Ambitions:  

Well,  we have challenges in Rivers State and especially the South East Senatorial District.   I intend to pursue the empowerment of our youths, the creation of job opportunities, the cleanup of Ogoni land and indeed all the Niger-Delta areas that has been devastated by oil production, Exploration and Production. 

We intend to improve our ability to create wealth and economic prosperity for our people.
By creating industrial parks and Corridors so that our people can get jobs.

We intend to address the issues of Women and Children, so that the health of our Mothers and their ability to do what they do best which is sustaining families is enhanced
