Adebiyi Abiodun Phillips hailed from the Ibikunle chieftaincy family of both Lagos Island and Ijaye Kurunmi in Ogun state. He was raised from a Christian home with a humble background, a counselor, a Chartered Administrator/Management Consultants.
He is a Senior Prophet in the Church of the Lord (Prayer Fellowship). He obtained B.sc (Hons) in Management from Imo state University, Masters in Theology and PhD from European-American University of Dominican. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Administration and others.
He has contributed into the life's of many through his NGO "PHILLIPS FOUNDATION". Dr Phillips is a grassroot politician with a different. Lovers of the people and a man with the fear of God. He believes so much in Transparency, Accountability and Godliness (TAG).
